PRSA Governance

PRSA’s Bylaws outline the qualifications and powers of our Board of Directors, Leadership Assembly and Nominating Committee, and establish our organizational structure — from Chapters and Districts to Task Forces and Committees to communities, such as Professional Interest Sections and the College of Fellows. The Bylaws also codify the importance of Ethics and Accreditation to the Society, and set forth our financial reporting provisions.
