The National Nominating Committee of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) has begun its annual process of recruiting candidates for 2016 Board Officers and Directors.
In reviewing candidates, the committee weighs qualifications and characteristics such as: 1) proven leadership skills and professional accomplishments; 2) diversity of practice sectors, such as agency, corporate, nonprofit, government, military and academia; 3) geographical origin; and 4) candidate diversity.

The submission deadline for applications is Mon., June 15.

After all application submissions have been vetted and uploaded on the PRSA website, the Nominating Committee will begin to accept comments on behalf of applicants. Beginning Monday, June 22, 2015, all members of PRSA and other interested individuals may provide comments about applicants via the online comments form. We are no longer accepting letters by mail or email. Instructions on how to submit your comments will be posted shortly.
The deadline for submitting comments on behalf of applicants is 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, in the time zone in which the commenter resides.
