Location and Directions

Visiting the PRSA offices?  We are located at 33 Maiden Lane in downtown Manhattan, across from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and two blocks east of Broadway on Maiden Lane. When visiting, please make sure we know you are coming, so we can have you cleared through building security. Please bring a picture ID to gain entry to the building.

Free Downtown New York Bus Service

The Alliance for Downtown New York’s Downtown Connectionprovides free bus service around lower Manhattan. The buses run every day between 10am and 8pm in intervals of 10 minutes. The bus route forms a “U-shape” around outer reaches of lower Manhattan, starting at Chambers Street and North End Avenue in Battery Park City on the West Side and terminating at Fulton and Water Sts near the South Street Seaport.
