Navigating the Politics when Campaigns Come to Campus

Size doesn’t matter, but being able to navigate the politics does. Political campaigns call upon small and large institutions of higher education alike, and sometimes are invited to campus to host political debates. What does hosting such an event that brings both national and international attention to your campus entail? Hear directly from two universities that hosted the 2012 U.S. presidential debates. Endless nights of preparing, significant costs, campaign organizers and secret service, national media outlets and personalities — and was it all worth it in the end?
