“Managing for Profit: Balancing PR and Agency Ownership Duties”

This session teaches agency leaders the importance of making a profit, and how to focus on the elements that are most critical in creating and maintaining a profitable organization. Participants will learn to differentiate between activities that are important to the "hygiene" of the agency, and those that genuinely affect its health so that resources can be applied for maximum benefit. You'll receive guidance on the tools needed to monitor the critical ratios that are vital to running an agency intelligently.
