"Managing a PR Agency as a Business"

This session teaches agency leaders the importance of making a profit and how to focus on the elements that are most critical in creating and maintaining a profitable organization. Participants learn to differentiate between activities that are important to the "hygiene" of the agency and those that genuinely affect its health so that resources can be applied for maximum benefit. The session provides guidance on the tools and reports needed to monitor the critical ratios that are vital to running an agency intelligently.
