"Tackling a Crisis: Lessons From the Trenches"

Define "disaster." Depending on the context, a disaster can range from a poorly arranged blind date to corporate public relations challenges, product recalls, aircraft crashes or even large-scale hurricanes. What do you do when disaster strikes? Using social media in all steps of crisis communications is critical. In this session, a panel of professionals that rose to the challenge in a variety of crisis scenarios will share how they used digital communications to overcome the pitfalls, plus share observations, lessons learned and ideas that could help you when — not if  — your next communications crisis arrives.
