Moderator Alicia V. Nieva-Woodgate is managing director of ANW Networks. She has more than 15 years of experience in creating and driving strategic in-house and agency led, public relations and social media programs. She has counseled various U.S. and international agencies, VC’s and corporations, working with financial institutions, REITs, retail, biotechnology, and high-technology companies. She runs ANW Networks, a virtual public relations firm that also offers consultancy services to other agencies. Last year Nieva-Woodgate was chosen for the Society of New Communications Research's (SNCR) 2011-2012 Fellowship program. Her research focuses on the effects of social media on RegFD. She expects to publish in late 2012.

Jean-Luc Neptune: 2012 Digital Impact Conference SpeakerJean-Luc ("JL") Neptune is senior vice president at Health 2.0. He manages "Challenge," Health 2.0's innovation competition and builds a network of software developers, designers, researchers, entrepreneurs and other individuals interested in driving innovation in the health industry. 

Sarah Stephens-Winnay is senior vice president, market management at Eliza Corp. There, she directs Eliza's strategic marketing and analytics activities, ensuring support of the company's strategic goals. She has served as director of HealthMedia Consulting Group and previously as director of marketing for HealthMedia. Stephens-Winnay has also held positions at Eli Lilly and Co, The Lewin Group and Decision Resources, specializing in market research and marketing strategies for the pharmaceutical and health care industries.
