A Global Challenge and Opportunity for PR: Reputation Management

Professional Development Workshop Set 1

Thanks to a shift of communications power from organizations to audiences, private and public sector leaders face new reputational risks. Reputations and valuations can rise or fall overnight with a few ill-chosen words, a failure to respond swiftly and effectively to a breaking issue, or a failure to grasp the reputational consequences of an operational decision. This environment creates unprecedented risk for organizations, and unprecedented opportunity for public relations professionals.
