Gary Grates, principal, corporate and strategy, W20 Group
Grates has more than 20 years of communications experience, with particular expertise in change management and employee communications, including assignments for Coca-Cola, Novartis, BASF/Mobil, British Airways and Dell. Previously, he was president/global managing director of Edelman Change & Employee Engagement, and vice president, communications, North America, for General Motors.
