The pace of organizational change has become so fast and constant that change has literally become the status quo. Managing change is an inevitable public relations job requirement. Clients and outside partners typically need to rethink their roles and their relationship to see success in organizational change situations. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of what organizations/clients need to do to change effectively to adapt to their environments and advance their missions.

Anthony W. D’Angelo, APR, Fellow PRSA, is senior manager, communications, for ITT Corporation, responsible for global external and internal communications. He is also an adjunct professor at Syracuse University. Previously, Anthony served as director of operations for the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, director of communications for Magna Powertrain, director of global marketing communications for a division of Carrier Corp., and director of public relations services for Sage Marketing Communications.
Gary F. Grates is a principal of WCG Worldwide. He has more than 20 years of communications experience, with particular expertise in change management and employee communications, including assignments for Coca-Cola, Novartis, BASF/Mobil, British Airways and Dell. Previously, he was president/global managing director of Edelman Change & Employee Engagement, and vice president, communications, North America, for General Motors.
