Noelle K. Afualo is director of public relations at Simon Wong Engineering. With more than 12 years of experience in public relations, she has worked with the public sector, managing nearly $2.5M in public outreach programs for over $1.4B in capital projects. Her expertise includes consensus building, community outreach, managing award-winning public awareness campaigns, social media campaigns and special event planning.
