Peggy R. Bendel is president of Bendel Communications International, and is a globally recognized expert in travel marketing, crisis communications and media training, and author of “It’s a Crisis! Now what?”. A principal in the seminal I Love New York campaign, she began her career as a travel writer for the State of New York. Recognized with a lifetime achievement award by HSMAI, Peggy is immediate past chair of PRSA’s Travel and Tourism Section, and a frequent speaker at conferences around the world on branding, crisis communications, marketing and public relations.
Sam Singer has more than 20 years of experience working with corporations, government agencies, nonprofits and trade associations in developing their public affairs, public relations and communications strategies. One of the nation’s leading corporate reputation and communications strategists, Singer is a former journalist and political campaign manager.
