The PRSA Foundation is embarking on an ambitious set of plans to build a pipeline of diverse talent into public relations. We define "diversity" to include ethnicity, gender, educational background, etc. Our programs assist students directly, help educators and educational institutions improve, and support employers in their search for talent. Listen as the PRSA Foundation president and president-elect present ideas to attract a diverse range of talented people to the profession.
