Rochelle Ford, Ph.D., APR, associate professor, Journalism and Mass Communication Programs, Howard University

Sonia Sroka, executive vice president and group head, multicultural marketing, Edelman

Photo of Sonia Sroka Sroka also participates on the firm’s U.S. Multicultural and Diversity Task Force. Earlier, she served as senior vice president and director of Hispanic marketing at Porter Novelli, and was also instrumental in the development of Axis, Weber Shandwick’s multicultural agency. She began her career in communications positions at Telemundo and Univision’s flagship station, KMEX-TV Channel 34 in Los Angeles.
