Louis Capozzi, APR, Fellow PRSA, president, PRSA Foundation, and adjunct professor, New York University, will facilitate the discussion with Rochelle Ford, Ph.D., APR, associate professor, journalism and mass communication, Howard University, and Sonia Sroka, executive vice president and group head, multicultural marketing, Edelman.

Prior to his current role, Capozzi was chairman and CEO of MSL Group, chief communications officer of Aetna, past chair of the Council of PR Firms and former chair of the PRSA Counselors Academy Spring Conference.
Rochelle Ford, Ph.D., APR, associate professor, Journalism and Mass Communication Programs, Howard University
In addition to her current role at Howard University, Dr. Ford also serves as the associate dean for research and academic affairs in the John H. Johnson School of Communications, as well as the director of the Preparing Future Journalism Faculty Program.
Sonia Sroka, executive vice president and group head, multicultural marketing, Edelman
Sroka also participates on the firm’s U.S. Multicultural and Diversity Task Force. Earlier, she served as senior vice president and director of Hispanic marketing at Porter Novelli, and was also instrumental in the development of Axis, Weber Shandwick’s multicultural agency. She began her career in communications positions at Telemundo and Univision’s flagship station, KMEX-TV Channel 34 in Los Angeles.
