Photo of Heather Knox Knox currently leads Microsoft’s commercial communications for the Office division. From 2009–2012, she led Microsoft's EMEA Communications team and a community of 60+ PR professionals while based in Paris.


James Desler, communications director, Microsoft Corporation

(Photo Unavailable.) In his current role, Desler heads PR for Microsoft’s Business Division. Prior to Microsoft, Desler headed public affairs with the International Trade Administration, State Department and U.S. Department of Defense.


Kate Steele, EMEA CRL/senior director, Weber Shandwick Worldwide

(Photo Unavailable.) Steele leads the Microsoft account based in Weber Shandwick's London office. She has 18 years of experience in marketing and communications, specializing in pan-regional and global account management, corporate storytelling, and reputation management.
