CEPR is a voluntary program of quality-assurance endorsement for studies in global public relations. Susan Gonders, Ed.D., professor at Southeast Missouri State University, John L. Paluszek, senior counsel at Ketchum, and Judith Phair of PhairAdvantage Communications, outline standards and procedures for not only programs at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, but also the new category of special programs.

Photo of Susan Gonders Gonders serves as co-chair of PRSA’s Educational Affairs. She is past head of the AEJMC Public Relations Division, and has been a PRSSA Chapter advisor since 1994.


John L. Paluszek, APR, Fellow PRSA, senior counsel, Ketchum

Photo of John L. Paluszek, APR, Fellow PRSA Paluszek was a PRSA liaison to the United Nations, past chair of the Global Alliance and PRSA representative to ACEJMC. He was also past PRSA CEO and co-chair of the commission on Public Relations Education. He was a recipient of the 2010 Atlas Award and 1994 Gold Anvil.


Judy Phair, APR, Fellow PRSA, founder, PhairAdvantage Communications, LLC

Photo of Judy Phair, APR, Fellow PRSA Phair is the PRSA Educational Affairs co-chair and a current PRSA representative to ACEJMC. She was also PRSA CEO and chaired the College of Fellows. She received the Gold Anvil in 2010.
