Since 1989, Gladstone has managed national media and stakeholder communications related to labor strikes, food crises, environmental issues, bankruptcies, protests, investigations, lawsuits and more. She was elected to the PRSA College of Fellows in 2007, and won a PRSA Silver Anvil Award in 1996.
