Grates has more than 20 years of communications experience, with particular expertise in change management and employee communications. He previously was president/managing director of Edelman Change & Employee Engagement, and vice president of communications, North America, for General Motors.
Anthony D'Angelo, APR, Fellow PRSA, senior manager, communications, ITT Corporation
D’Angelo also is an adjunct professor at Syracuse University. Previously, he served as director of operations for the St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, director of communications for Magna Inc. and director of global marketing communications for a division of Carrier Corp.
