Linda Locke, principal, Reputare Consulting
When decisions in the boardroom are at odds with personal values in living rooms, your reputation can be at risk. However, if a company uses perception-centered strategy, and understands values and which elements amplify risk, it may become better at connecting with stakeholders and anticipating reaction, ultimately building greater trust and maintaining its freedom to operate.
