Katerina Tsetsura, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the University of Oklahoma. She is a chair of the PRSA Global Affairs Committee, and has held officer positions at ICA, NCA, AEJMC and PRSA. Dr. Tsetsura continues to provide research services to transnational and global organizations, such as the World Bank and the Internews, and periodically offers strategic counseling to agencies, companies and organizations in North America and Eastern Europe.

Dean Kruckeberg, Ph.D., APR, Fellow PRSA, is a professor of public relations at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte (UNCC), where he is director of the Center for Global Public Relations. He also is co-chair of the National Commission on Public Relations Education. He has held numerous officer positions over the years, including the position of PRSA International Section chair. In 1997, he was the recipient of the Pathfinder Award.

Robert Grupp, APR, is president of Grupp Global Partners LLC, an international public relations consultancy. Most recently, he was president and chief executive officer emeritus of the Institute for Public Relations, and has served as a Trustee of the Institute since 2004. Previously, he was vice president of corporate and public affairs at Cephalon, Inc., and served in senior leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, and Dow Corning Corporation.
