Do you know what questions to ask prior to organizing and developing a social media policy? Did you know that you must first identify the objectives you’re trying to achieve? Is your organization prepared for the varying levels of crisis escalation, and is a crisis response chart in place to guide communication? Listen as a panel of communications professionals discusses how to move beyond the common rules of engagement.
