The great outdoors is becoming a bigger and bigger draw to travelers of all ages, from soft adventures to more rugged quests, and from nature-based experiences to full ecotourism pursuits. If you don’t have “Yosemite” in your name, what is the best way to get your destination or attraction “outfitted” to the right media outlets and contacts? This panel discussion will help you take a “big foot” forward in engaging travelers with your natural offerings.

She has contributed at USA TODAY Go Escape, AAA Alabama Journey, Southeast Tourism's Escape to the Southeast and Midwest Living. As a full time adventurer, foodie and travel maven, she’s also an award-winning journalist with magazine, book and web experience. A longtime member of the Society of American Travel Writers, she serves on its Board of Directors. She’s also a member of the International Food Wine & Travel Writers Association. After a two-decade stint covering the Deep South for Southern Living magazine, she created her own travel writing and photography business in 2011.
