What are some ways that I can reduce stress in the workplace?

Excellent question. This is an important topic because stress can lead to many other health issues. (I nearly gave myself a stress-induced ulcer earlier in my career.)

It’s not that surprising when you think about it. Public relations is full of type-A perfectionists — yet with much of what we do, the end result is outside our control.
