The Counselors Academy held its annual spring conference this past May 21-23 at the Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa in Asheville, N.C. Tactics asked Ann Subervi, 2010 chair of the Counselors Academy, what was on the minds of PR practitioners at the conference.
