Summary
During PRSA’s annual business meeting on Nov. 8 prior to the start of the 2009 PRSA International Conference, new provisions were adopted that will give the Nominating Committee greater flexibility in proposing candidates for board service, establish a “Leadership Assembly” to focus on issues concerning the profession and move the organization closer to the direct election of directors and officers for the National board.
