Sneak peeks and deflections: How they can raise your spokespeople’s performance

Media interviews sometimes have a way of going astray.  Why does this happen?  Your spokespeople might lack critical tools needed to move the interview in the preferred direction.

When controlling the direction of an interview, media sources can use several communications techniques.  We will cover two of them in this article — the “sneak peek” and the “deflection.”
