Summary

Booz Allen Hamilton and PRSA conducted a survey of the general public’s knowledge of health issues and juxtaposed those findings with a similar survey of PRSA members. The latter survey also examined PRSA members’ perceptions of what the general public knows about health.

Ultimately, the survey explored whether we, the individuals responsible for educating the public about health benefits, have a clear understanding of our audience. Are we doing the right things to fill the information gaps?
