Moore has a diverse background in marketing, advertising and public relations, with experience in both agency and corporate marketing. As director of public relations for Fry Hammond Barr, Moore also brings expertise in strategic planning, event planning, promotions, media relations, community relations, social media management and crisis communications to the organization.
As a key leader in the PRSA community, Moore shares his expertise, serving as co-chair for the Host Chapter Committee for the PRSA 2011 International Conference, and also immediate past president of the Orlando Regional Chapter. Moore values his involvement as a PRSA leader, and is "very proud to be affiliated and involved with an organization that does so much to advance our profession." In particular, "its advocacy efforts" and "professional development opportunities that it offers" make PRSA a leader in "in protecting and enhancing the perception of the public relations professional."
As the Orlando Regional Chapter is very excited to be the host city for this year’s International Conference, Moore says, “As with all International Conferences from years past, the lineup of guest speakers and professional development opportunities are stellar. However, what I’m looking forward to most is the opportunity to network with and learn from fellow PR professionals from across the country.”
