A $15 fee is charged every year, on the first quarterly installment, for this service.

The month in which PRSA will charge your credit, debit or bank card is based upon your membership expiration/paid through date. Your first quarterly payment will be deducted on your renewal date. PRSA will then charge your card every three months starting from your renewal date. For example, if your PRSA membership expires Dec. 31, your renewal date is January. PRSA will then charge your card on Jan. 10, April 10, July 10 and Oct. 10.

2. Acceptable methods of payments include VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We cannot accept checks, cash or other forms of payment if recurring payments are selected.

3. For all recurring payments, PRSA will automatically charge funds to your credit, debit or bank card on either the 10th or 25th of the month in which your payment is due. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday, PRSA will charge your card on the following business day.

4. We are not able to defer any charges or schedule specific payment dates other than on the 10th or 25th as described above.

5. For all recurring payments, PRSA will automatically continue to charge your credit, debit or bank card each year unless you opt out.

6. PRSA will not mail you dues invoices for all recurring payment plans. You will receive an email notice reminding you that you are enrolled in one of the recurring payment plans and that you are scheduled to be charged. At that time, you will authorize PRSA to charge your credit, debit or bank card on the agreed upon amount on said date. Or, you may cancel the recurring payments and choose to pay your dues another way.

7. Should your credit, debit or bank card number be declined, we will contact you for a valid one. If a valid card number is not provided, and dues are not collected within 30 days, PRSA reserves the right to deactivate your membership.

8. If there is a default in making any payment, at our option, the full balance owing on the account shall become immediately due and payable.

9. All dues are non-refundable and PRSA membership is non-transferable.
