Pay National and Professional Interest Sections dues in four quarterly payments. The first payment will also include the $15 annual quarterly fee and full Chapter dues.

1. The quarterly payment plan is open to all active PRSA members. Dues for your Chapter are charged in full in the first payment along with a $15 annual quarterly fee for this service. National and Professional Interest Sections dues are charged in four equal payments. PRSA will charge your credit/debit card automatically for each of these payments.
2. PRSA will charge funds to your credit/debit card on either the 10th or 25th of the month in which your quarterly payment is due. If that day falls on a weekend, PRSA will charge your credit/debit card on the following business day.
3. The month in which PRSA will charge your credit/debit card is based upon your membership renewal date. Your first quarterly payment will be deducted on your renewal date. PRSA will then charge your credit/debit card every three months starting from your renewal date. For example, if you request PRSA to charge you on the 10th of the month and your membership renewal is Jan. 1, PRSA will charge your credit/debit card on Jan. 10, April 10, July 10 and Oct. 10.
4. PRSA does not send invoices or notices for quarterly payments; your credit/debit card will be charged automatically each quarter for that portion of your dues. All payments made through the quarterly payment plan program must be made by credit/debit card; we cannot accept checks, cash or other forms of payment. We are not able to defer any charges, invoice members for these dues or schedule specific payment dates other than the 10th or 25th as described above.
5. Your credit card statement serves as your receipt of payment. If you require a receipt other than your credit card statement, please contact us after your credit/debit card is charged and we will send a receipt to you.
6. PRSA will automatically continue to charge your credit/debit card each quarter unless you decide to switch to annual payments, or provide us with written notification that you wish to cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership in the middle of a quarter, refunds cannot be made.
7. Should your credit/debit card number be declined, we will contact you for a valid one. If a valid credit/debit card number is not provided and dues are not collected within 30 days, PRSA reserves the right to deactivate your membership.
