She is an Accredited in Public Relations (APR) professional who helps businesses and organizations design and deliver effective messages. She has worked with associations, as well as food industry, higher education, economic development, marketing and information technology organizations.


Jason S. Kirsch, APR, senior director, communications and brand engagement, Capital BlueCross

His areas of expertise include brand management, corporate communications, media relations, marketing communications and digital marketing.


Bob Saline, APR, Fellow PRSA, president and CEO, PRWorks, Inc.

Wednesday, April 30

  • 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. EDT
    Morning workshop spent reviewing KSAs.
    Portfolio overview.
    Mock Readiness Review.
  • 12:30–1:30 p.m. EDT
    Lunch — attendees on their own.
  • 1:30–5 p.m. EDT
    Preparation time for those attendees putting finishing touches on assembling their portfolios.
    Readiness Reviews will take place as scheduled.

Thursday, May 1

  • 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. EDT
    Attendees should already have been advanced from Readiness Review.
    Box lunch included.
    Class for KSAs in preparation for the computer-based Examination.

Friday, May 2

  • 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. EDT
    Continuation of class for KSAs in preparation for the computer-based Examination.
  • 12:30–2 p.m. EDT
    Lunch — attendees on their own.
  • 2–5 p.m. EDT
    Peer study time.

Saturday, May 3

  • Start Time: 9 a.m. EST
    (Appointment time is three hours, 45 minutes.)
