Noelle K. Afualo, director of public relations, Simon Wong Engineering, has more than 11 years of experience in public relations, specializing in community outreach. She has more than nine years’ experience in the transportation field, including work within the public sector, managing nearly $2.5 million in public outreach programs for more than $1.4 billion in capital projects. Her expertise includes consensus building, social media and event planning developing, and she has managed and executed award-winning public awareness campaigns.
