To kick off the roundtable, Gary F. Grates of W2O Group will present “Dealing with Disruption.” A globally renowned organizational change expert, Gary has been helping organizations and the people within them anticipate and lead change for 25 years.
Gary’s presentation will be followed by a no-holds-barred discussion of disruption in which participants will share successful strategies used on campuses. Finally, our Berkeley colleague Claire Holmes has graciously arranged to provide a buffet dinner, allowing attendees time to get acquainted and to network.

Presenter
Gary F. Grates is a principal of WCG Worldwide. He has more than 20 years of communications experience, with particular expertise in change management and employee communications, including assignments for Coca-Cola, Novartis, BASF/Mobil, British Airways and Dell. Previously, he was president/global managing director of Edelman Change & Employee Engagement, and vice president, communications, North America, for General Motors.
