Josh Martin, social media manager, Arby's
As the social media manager for Arby’s, Martin is responsible for activating the Arby’s brand across social media platforms. Under his leadership, Arby’s social media strategies have been redefined in several areas, including product awareness, customer service, issues management and real-time marketing. In addition to social media, Martin’s role at Arby’s includes strategy development pertaining to web, mobile, online listening and content marketing activities.
Prior to joining Arby’s in 2010, he specialized in social media at Engauge, a full-service digital marketing agency, and defined social media strategies for several brands, including Chick-fil-A, The Hershey Company and Food Lion. Martin received his master’s degree in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kennesaw State University.
