We all know how important statistics are to making a case with a journalist or analyst. One of the richest sources of statistics on the IT industry has been the Society for Information Management’s (SIM) IT Trends Study. Now in its 35th year, the full study will be released in November, but Technology Section members have the opportunity to receive the executive summary and to participate in a Q&A session with the study’s lead researcher, Leon Kappelman, Ph.D.
