With offices in New York and Washington, the agency has a diverse client list in sectors including manufacturing, energy, finance, sports, entertainment, and government affairs along with representation of prominent public figures.

McCarthy is on the adjunct faculty at American University in their School of Communication, lecturing on crisis management theory and case studies. He is also a frequent lecturer at Johns Hopkins University.
