How to Develop the Mind of a Strategist

Getting to the Table Earlier and With More Personal Power

Teleseminar

Developing the strategic mindset necessary to be heard by your boss and have influence on strategy and key decisions is the focus of this dynamic and highly interactive 90-minute session.  Jim Lukaszewski will help you look inside yourself to see what you need to accomplish in order to become an effective strategist.  He will discuss techniques and strategies for getting important matters before important people, being influential within your organization, selling ideas, and helping management stay focused.  The goal: to generate your invitation to the table earlier in the decision-making process.

You will learn:

  • What "being strategic" means
  • How to develop a strategic management mind-set
  • Information CEOs and leaders need and expect from their advisors every day
  • Practices that will get you invited into the decision-making process before all the decisions have been made by the high-priced lawyers and outside consultants
  • Techniques for advancing your ideas in the leadership environment
  • What to expect and what is expected once you get to the table
  • How to get invited back repeatedly
