“When Rick Liebel first sent an e-mail looking for fellow public relations professionals interested in starting a regional PRSA Chapter back in February 2009, I knew then that the director of public relations and development for Erie’s SafeNet Center was proposing an idea whose time had come. Now, more than a year later, after a lot of hard work by Rick and our other dedicated board members, we’ve made that idea a reality, and we are inviting all of our public relations colleagues in the region to join us in becoming part of the new Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of PRSA.”
