Carolyne Savini, director of recruiting, Turnkey Sports & Entertainment, is responsible for business development initiatives for the Search department and manages retained executive searches for the organization. In her recruiting capacity, Savini has worked with some of the industry’s top executives for organizations such as Georgetown University, the Miami Dolphins, the New Meadowlands Stadium Company (New York Jets and New York Giants), NASCAR Media Group, the Los Angeles Dodgers, the NBA, the USTA and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Prior to joining Turnkey, Savini developed proposals and sold sponsorship packages for Learfield Sports at the University of Memphis Tiger Sports Properties. She received her M.B.A. and Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University. She received her B.A. in Communications with a Minor in French Language & Literature from the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt, Savini was a member of the Varsity Swimming Team and earned both academic and athletic All-America honors.
