Ronald S. Hess is the founder and president of Motiv8 Communications, a full-service employee communications consulting firm based in Port Orange, Fla. Prior to establishing his own consulting firm in 2002, Hess accumulated more than 25 years of senior-level managerial experience in employee communication with some of America’s best known companies, including GE, Eaton, Watson Wyatt and International Paper.

Susan Havill is the director of strategic communications at Orlando Health. She spent the majority of her 25-year career working at Johnson & Johnson, and became director of Internal Communications for McNeil Consumer Health Care. She also has held the positions of director of internal communications for Marriott International, and communications manager for the Walt Disney World Resort.

Bree Balchunas is an internal communications consultant at Orlando Health. During her career, Balchunas has overseen several website development and social media projects, including the re-design of five websites and the implementation of an online employee suggestion tool. She has worked in website design, social media, internal communications, external communications and event planning.
