The Talent Match Module (currently in Beta-testing) weighs criteria within job postings and candidate resumes, and then proactively presents employers with the resumes of qualified job seekers. This module makes the recruiting process faster, more effective and more efficient.

How It Works:

• Employers can view matching resumes for any position from the “My Jobs” page of their job board account.
• Each resume is presented with a matching score indicating the strength of its match to a posted job.
• Employers can send contact requests to job seekers with resumes that best match their jobs postings.
