Sandy Charet, consultant, Charet and Associates
Charet has been recruiting for the PR and corporate communications industry for more than 20 years. She has worked with many of the world's largest corporations and PR firms, helping them to find the most qualified candidates for their companies. In doing so, Charet has interviewed hundreds of professional communicators at all levels, across many different industries. She has shared her experience as it relates to building a PR career at the PRSA International Conference, and as a visiting lecturer at various universities, including the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, New York University, Fordham and others.

Spector has been working with the PRSA Jobcenter for five years. He has counseled job seekers on resume writing, the changing roles of public relations, personal branding and interview preparation, and has presented at NYU SCPS, WVU IMC and The Black Public Relations Society. He has written career articles for PRSA’s ComPRehension blog and Public Relations Tactics, and regularly contributes content to the PRSA Jobcenter. Previously he was manager of research for 17 years with the Direct Marketing Association.
