Established in 1992, the Environmental Section provides a forum for public relations professionals involved in the unique challenges of environmental issues and their effects on an organization's publics. Newsletters, seminars and conferences keep members informed of the latest (and potential) developments in environmental policies and laws, research findings, trends and communication techniques.

All Environmental Section programs are open to anyone interested in environmental public relations. However, section members generally pay lower registration fees.

Membership in the Environmental Section is open to any Public Relations Society of America member who has an interest in the practice of environmental public relations. The dues are $60 a year, billed annually by the PRSA national office as part of its regular dues cycle. To apply online, click here.
