Due to ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be postponing the PRSA 2020 Travel & Tourism Conference, originally slated for this June. We are disappointed to have to make this decision, but the health and well-being of attendees and the PRSA community is our top priority.

This is an important time to exercise caution and take extra safety measures. 

Registration fees will be refunded in full.
Please be patient as we process refunds; it may take some time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Your hotel reservation will be automatically cancelled IF it was made thru the conference room block. If you made your room reservation on your own, you need to cancel your reservation on your own accord.

We are closely monitoring developments and announcements from the CDC and other government resources on both local and national levels and hope to be able to offer webinars and smaller regional events instead. Please watch for future announcements and updates, as circumstances and situations are shifting at a rapid pace. Until then, we’re working to identify dates in the summer of 2021 in the wonderful city of Spokane, Washington.
