National Faculty Adviser
Ken Hagihara, APR, Fellow PRSA
Hagihara is a lecturer in the Department of Communications at Cal State Fullerton (CSUF). He teaches upper division classes including public relations management, social media for public relations and strategic communication, and advanced public relations
writing.
In addition to his fifth year as Faculty Adviser for the CSUF Chapter of PRSSA, Hagihara also serves as an adviser for PRactical ADvantage Communications, the department’s Student-run Firm.
Hagihara’s professional
expertise, teaching experience, and eagerness to give back to students make him an excellent candidate for this position. He understands the current and evolving student needs and has utilized unique tactics to actively demonstrate the value of our
Society.
