Intrinsic Inclusion

Will you leave the Inclusive Leader experience with all the answers for diversity, equity and inclusion? Perhaps not. Will you be closer to where you, as an organization and individuals want to be? Yes, if you are ready to build upon your DEI knowledge, commitment and actions. That is the hallmark of an Intrinsically Inclusive Leader.

The objectives for the Inclusive Leader experience are designed to:

  • Explore why diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are important to Leaders, both professionally and personally.
  • Equip Leaders with a common language for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and tools to better understand and proactively leverage intrinsically inclusive leadership.
  • Enable Leaders to model inclusive behaviors that align with an Intrinsically Inclusive organization
  • Energize Leaders to leverage this Inclusive Leader experience to accelerate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging broadly within each Leader's sphere of influence.
