Alicia Caracciolo
Alicia Caracciolo is on the business communications team at the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, where she supports storytelling efforts through emerging media platforms and media relations that highlight the organization’s impact beyond the game.
She served as the 2026-27 PRSSA International President, where she led strategic campaigns and events designed to enhance member education, professional development, and real-world experience. Caracciolo oversaw the alignment of brand communication, including the redesign of member communications resulting in a 30 percent increase in newsletter engagement and a 20 percent increase in engagement across social media platforms. Her term focused on helping members feel further connected to the PRSSA community, with steps towards the longevity of translating materials and alignment with the new International Committee name. Caracciolo is excited to continue supporting the organization as Immediate Past President.
Alicia is experienced in event management, having organized and advised ten conferences totaling more than 2,000 attendees. She is the recipient of the 2025-26 Elaine Averick Outstanding International Committee Member Award in recognition of her dedicated service to the International Committee and members of PRSSA.
Alicia holds a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College in 2025.
