Dr. Joseph Brennan, MBA, Ph.D., APR, Fellow PRSA, joined PRSA Counselors to Higher Education in the 1990s, chaired the 2002 Senior Summit, and served as chair of the executive committee in 2014-15. He is still active with the section as a member of its advisory group. This post is adapted from remarks he gave at the 2025 CHE Senior Summit.
