Macias brings almost 20 years of diversity and inclusion experience in marketing, corporate communications and the public relations arenas. His areas of focus have included communities of color, gender equality and the LGBTQ community. He has worked with countless Fortune 500 companies across numerous business verticals like travel and tourism, CPGs and QSRs, entertainment and media businesses and technology- as well as leading campaigns for national and grassroots advocacy organizations. Macias’s award-winning multicultural marketing and communications team have been recognized for work that bridge inclusive brand initiatives to a diverse consumer base, against a backdrop of ever-changing social issues. He and his team have worked with a variety of clients including the likes of; Barefoot Wines, Kellogg’s, Netflix, Doritos, Microsoft, Mastercard, Hilton Hotels, Deloitte, FX, the Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Focus Features, Annapurna, MTV Networks, Revolt TV and the Black News Channel (BNC). Additionally, Macias has served on the Board of Directors for advocacy and arts organizations like Outfest, Equality California, and The Task Force. Macias is a California native and is based at the Rogers and Cowan/PMK Los Angeles office.
