Angela Walters Eveillard, APR, MBA, Chair-elect

With more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, Angela Walters Eveillard, APR, MBA serves as the executive director of marketing and public relations at Hillsborough College in Tampa, Florida. In this role, she leads the development and execution of integrated marketing and public relations strategies that advance the College’s mission, elevate institutional visibility and advance engagement for a dynamic student population of more than 46,000. In this capacity, she cultivates strong relationships with community and institutional stakeholders, provides strategic oversight of the College’s brand, and directs the timely dissemination of information across five campuses and three satellite centers. 

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, and the prestigious Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice. 

A dedicated volunteer, Angela has served in numerous leadership roles throughout her career. She currently serves on the Public Relations Society of America Board of Directors, contributing her expertise to advance the profession and mentor the next generation of communications leaders.
