Why Should You Join the Educators Academy Section?

The Educators Academy Section is comprised of 400 college and university public relations educators and practitioners. The members of this Section play a vital role in educating the next generation of public relations and communication practitioners, in additional to conducting important industry research.

Through our virtual networks, in-person events, case studies and scholarly research, you’ll gain access to tools, insights and current industry practices that will shape your research projects and curricula. If you are considering a transition into teaching, we offer resources such which will provide you a step-by-step approach to making the career change to education.

To become a member of the Educators Academy Section you must be a member of PRSA and pay an additional fee of $60.

Current PRSA members can join the Educators Academy Section for $30 until June 30, 2017 by using the code SECTIONS17.

Non-members can receive a free membership to the Educators Academy Section by joining PRSA by July 31, 2017 and using the code SUMMER17.
